Halasana:

Halasana is one of the best positions for constipation. Start by lying straight on your back. Now, exhale and lift both legs together, keeping them straight as you gradually lift them. To start the pose, sit on the ground with your legs straight. Now, bend the legs at the knee and join the feet, clutching them with your hands. At this stage, have the legs move up and down from the waist, keeping your back straight and your core engaged. It is one of the easiest Yoga poses to relieve constipation.
