- Mountain Pose
- Raised Hand Pose
- Standing Forward Bend
Mountain Pose: To do this pose just follows the following steps:
- First of all, you stand with feet together, and then hold the arms in front of your body, in prayer position.
- Now, lift the toes of the ground, fan them out, and slowly bring the toes back down.
- Feel the feet grounded to floor. Now, stretch the head towards ceiling.
- Press your shoulders while drawing in your stomach. And then keep the hips and shoulders aligned.
Raised Hand Pose: Just follow this step to perform Raised Hand Pose:
- You should starting from previous pose, lift the arms to sides and then lift them upwards.
- Then press the palms together, over your head. Now arch the back, gazing towards the hands.
Standing Forward Bend: Just follow the steps:
- To perform this pose, you are starting from previous pose, slowly bend forward at hips. Your arms should be out towards the sides.
- Then, slowly bring the hands in front of the feet; try pressing your palms against the floor.
- Now shift your body weight towards balls of your feet. Keep the hips aligned with the ankles
- Then let you head loose.
