  1. Yama

This part is bent toward moral vows, moral disciplines and restraints. The main concern of the first limb is about the world around us. In addition to this, it keeps the check on interaction.   1. Dharana

The term is all about the concentration. In other words, it is mainly focused on the maintaining or holding on to something else or other. This limb is combined off closely with pratyahara and shares common properties with it.

  1. Dhyana

The seventh limb out of eight limbs of yoga is mainly focused on the meditative absorption. When our body is meditating then the focus point of our internal energies is absorbed and we can have a spontaneous reaction over our body.
